How does shipping & delivery work?
There are two options for shipping and delivery. If you choose to have your canvases sent to you, the shipping cost will depend on the amount of canvases and the final destination. We will get a shipping quote for you before they are sent to you.
If you choose to pick-up your canvases, we will set a pick-up time and you can pick-up the canvases in Melrose Park (5039), Adelaide free of charge!

Are all the canvas drawings the same?
All the drawings on the canvases are hand-drawn. I take the age group into consideration when drawing. They will all be fun and whimsical and on “trend” with the kids these days!

How does payment work?
Start by filling-in the order form. We will receive an email with your desired order. We will then send you a quote. If all approved, we will send you an invoice for the total amount due upon receipt.

What size are the canvases?
Each canvas is 30x40cm (12” x 16”), cotton, 280GSM. Lightweight and ready to hang.

Is there a minimum or maximum order?
No minimum, let’s chat if you would like more than 20 canvases.

How much paint do you need?
One pack of 24 (34ml) tubes of paint is good for up to 20 canvases. Paint markers also work well! And sparkles!
The paint pots are perfect for 1 canvas.

1. Introduction
Welcome to ArtVibe. By placing an order for our personalised canvases, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Personalization
Please ensure that all personalization details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Payment
Once the order is approved an invoice for the total amount will be sent and full payment is due upon receipt. Please make payments to Sylvie Theriault using BSB 065-155, Account 1098 1294.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery cost and time will be provided once request has been received. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
6. Returns and Refunds
Personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately after receiving the items and please take pictures of the damage.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs are the intellectual property of ArtVibe. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
